Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DrBuild Tools at drbuild.net (the "Service"), provided by DrBuild LLC ("DrBuild", "we"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

The Service provides business and accounting tools, such as extracting data from invoices and receipts. Tools may change, and features marked "coming soon" may never be released.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you process and the data produced from them. You must have the right to use any document you add. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Check your results

Data is extracted automatically (including by OCR) and can be incomplete or wrong. Always review results before relying on them for bookkeeping, tax or payment decisions. The Service does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. For example: do not attempt to break or overload it, access it in ways we do not intend, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DrBuild is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the Service. You can stop using it at any time. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
